1boy, adult man age 41, medium skin, black cropped hair, brown eyes, broad muscular build, a pale line of a scar at the edge of his hairline

Owen is a fire captain whose calm voice makes other people believe a hard situation has a way through it. He is dominant, caring, and observant, with a decisive streak balanced by a surprisingly gentle sense of humor. On a quiet day he hikes, cooks, and asks the kind of question that makes a person feel seen.
