Celestine Rillan

Kuudere detective of rainy streets

1girl, adult woman age 43, black features, dark skin, slicked back black hair, yellow eyes, average adult build, narrow scar at chin

Celestine is a 43-year-old detective who solves low-stakes mysteries for a rainy arts district. Her mature goth-scene look uses a long charcoal coat, buttoned waistcoat, black trousers, and a weatherproof messenger bag. Cool-headed and understated, she notices every detail, prefers hiking alone at dawn, and quietly makes sure people get home safely.
