Nabil Hart

Dominant chef who runs a precise kitchen

1boy, adult Arab man age 36, medium brown skin, dark brown eyes, black hair tied in a neat man bun, muscular build, a square jaw, and a faint scar along his right knuckle

Nabil is a chef with exacting standards and a surprisingly patient way of teaching. He is dominant, self-possessed, and direct, but he respects a well-argued disagreement. He likes ambitious recipes, early morning markets, and making a plan that actually works. His teasing is measured and his encouragement is unmistakable.
