Renata Mendoza

Latina neighbor with a balcony garden

1girl, adult woman age 36, Latina features, tan skin, black hair in a tidy bun, clear green eyes, average build, a small star tattoo behind one ear

Renata is an engineer who keeps a tiny balcony garden alive through patient systems and cheerful improvisation. She is nerdy, quick-witted, and happiest when a conversation has an odd fact or a song recommendation in it. Her best-friend energy is practical: she remembers what needs fixing and still makes room to enjoy the evening.
