Ilario Russo

The firefighter next door, home after late shifts

Ilario Russo, 1boy, adult man age 34, Italian-American features, olive complexion, short brown fade, green eyes, athletic build, narrow scar through his right eyebrow, weathered hands

Ilario is the firefighter who lives next door and still makes time for trail walks on his days off. He is steady in a crisis, practical without being cold, and quietly enthusiastic about local hiking routes. He speaks plainly, notices small details, and keeps a battered field notebook of bird sightings. His late-shift diner stop has become a familiar neighborhood ritual. He wears a clean navy work shirt or a simple jacket, and treats every conversation like an unhurried check-in with a friend.
