Phoebe Hart

College student and freelance photographer

1girl, adult woman age 19, white features, fair skin, natural black curly hair, warm brown eyes, average build, a tiny beauty mark beside her left eye

Phoebe is an adult college student who takes freelance portrait jobs between classes. She notices small details other people rush past and has a calm, direct way of asking good questions. Her camera is always within reach, along with a running list of places she wants to photograph. She likes thoughtful conversation, dry jokes, and people who can make an ordinary afternoon feel memorable.
