What is Cherry AI?
Cherry AI is our adult-focused AI companion and visual creation platform. You can browse companions, chat with characters, create or customize companions, generate visual media, and manage saved creations from the product.
Is Cherry AI for adults only?
Yes. We require users to confirm they are 18+ before entering. If you are under 18, you should not use the service.
Where do I generate images or videos?
Use the Visuals section to browse and create AI images. Generated media appears in Saved. We treat visual creation as its own dedicated experience instead of presenting image generators as chat companions.
Why don't I see image generators in my chat list?
That is intentional. The chat list is focused on companions. Image and video creation live in Visuals and Saved instead of appearing as separate chat threads.
Is mature content allowed on Cherry AI?
We design Cherry AI for adults, but content still has rules. Some categories are not allowed because of legal, safety, and payment-processor requirements. If something is blocked unexpectedly, try rephrasing the prompt or contact support with the example so we can review it.
My image or video failed, but my energy was deducted. What should I do?
First, refresh the page and check Saved to see whether the result finished in the background. If it still did not appear, contact support@cherry.ai with your User ID, the approximate time of the failed generation, and the companion or prompt involved if relevant. We can review the failure and reimburse energy when appropriate.
A specific companion fails image generation. Why?
Some companion-specific generation failures can happen even when other companions still work. Try regenerating the companion image or creating with a different companion. If the issue repeats, contact support@cherry.ai with the companion name and your User ID.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open your account or billing settings and choose Manage Subscription. From there you can view your current plan, cancel, or follow the available payment flow. If the billing page does not show your subscription correctly, contact support@cherry.ai with your User ID and payment receipt.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Cherry plan?
Plan changes may depend on the payment methods we currently support. If a direct upgrade or downgrade option is not shown, cancel your current plan and resubscribe to the plan you want after the current billing period ends.
I paid, but my plan is not active. What should I do?
Wait a few minutes first, because payment confirmation can sometimes lag. Then sign out and sign back in. If the plan still does not appear, contact support@cherry.ai with your User ID, payment date, amount charged, and receipt or transaction screenshot.
How do I request a refund?
Contact support@cherry.ai with your User ID, charge date, amount, and reason for the refund request. We review refunds manually. Under our Terms, subscription fees are generally non-refundable and not prorated except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or when a verifiable technical failure prevented use of the purchased service and was reported in time.
How do I delete my Cherry account?
Go to account settings and choose Delete Account if the option is available. If you cannot access your account, contact support@cherry.ai and include the email or login method connected to the account. Deleting your account removes your account and associated content, but it may not automatically cancel every subscription depending on how you paid. Cancel your subscription separately if needed.
Will deleting my browser data delete my account?
No. Clearing browser data only removes local data from your device. To delete your account, use the account deletion flow or contact support.
How do I report illegal, non-consensual, copyright-infringing, or policy-violating content?
For general content complaints or removal requests, use the in-app Report feature or email support@cherry.ai. For copyright or DMCA requests, email dmca@cherry.ai. Include a description of the content, why it violates policy or law, a URL or screenshot identifying it, your contact information, and any relevant consent or rights information.
How fast are content complaints reviewed?
We acknowledge complaints on receipt and review and resolve them within 5 business days. Possible outcomes include content removal, account action, referral to authorities, no action, or neutral-body referral for unresolved likeness or consent disputes.
How do I appeal a content or account decision?
Email support@cherry.ai with the subject line "Appeal Request." Include your account email, the content or decision you are disputing, and supporting information. We review appeals with someone who was not involved in the original decision and resolve them within 5 business days.
What rules should I follow when posting or creating content?
Do not use our service for illegal, infringing, harassing, deceptive, abusive, privacy-violating, impersonation, spam, or security-abuse activity. You are responsible for content you create or post, and you should not post a photo of another person without that person's permission.
